Andalusian character villa patio 70 m2, swimming pool (11m x 4.5 m) ground floor, summer kitchen under palapa shaded. the first level you will find 4 bedrooms (between 20 and 30 m2) with ensuite bathroom for each, double living room of 90 m2 and separate kitchenwith nice garden View . lower level independent of 120 square meters with 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, living room/Studio of 30 m2 with kitchen integrated.

Communication and transactions were super friendly, helpful, and seamless. We couldn't recommend Benjamin more and look forward to rent from them again this summer.

A great stay. Would highly recommend this property for larger groups. There was 17 of us the younges

Pros: A great stay. Would highly recommend this property for larger groups. There was 17 of us the youngest 4 and eldest 85 and we did not feel that we was ever all on top of one another. It was plain sailing and pure relaxation from the moment we arrived. I would say taxis are needed if you go out.

Pros: What an absolutely fantastic villa. We were a group of 16 ladies on a hen do and enjoyed every second. This villa had everything you wanted and more. The photos do not do this property justice, as it was above and beyond our expectations. Some members of our group have already enquired about returning as that’s how brilliant it was. Property was clean and distance from the port was perfect. Benjamin was also very prompt in relying to emails and the lady who greeted us on arrival was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your wonderful villa.

Pros: The villa was much nicer than it looks in the pictures, so we were plesantly surprised upon arrival. It had everything we needed to celebrate my 30th Birthday and we had a great time. The only issues would be that there was no air con in the property which it states and the downstairs kitchen room was a main walkway for all other rooms giving this couple no privacy which should really be stated. The owner was very helpful and overall it was a great location and a great holiday. Would definitely return with less people as 17 travelled and ideally its suited for 14.

Pros: We were are large group (17) so the many bedrooms and separate downstairs area were perfect. The villa is so spacious and there was no sense of being on top of each other. The kitchens were fully kitted out with anything you could possibly want. Loved that the main kitchen was on the balcony so you felt very tropical when cooking. The pool area was great and the provision of beach/pool towels saved us bulking out our cases so very appreciated. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. We did need taxis to get into town but they were cheap. There was a great supermarket within easy walking distance.

Pros: Das Haus war perfekt fĂŒr unsere Gruppe (wir waren 17 Personen). Die Lage des Hauses ist auch gut! Man kann zu fuss zum Strand (ca. 20 Minuten) und Puerto BanĂșs / Marbella Old Town ist auch gut zu erreichen.

Pros: Casa bastante grande, cubre perfectamente con las expectativas. Sin ningĂșn problema en la reserva/devoluciĂłn de la fianza tras revisiĂłn de posibles desperfectos. Se cobra un importe adicional para la limpieza (180€). Muy amable Violeta como 'anfitriona'. TambiĂ©n Benjamin respondiendo siempre al whatsapp. Tuvimos un Ășnico problema con la luz y Violeta se personĂł rĂĄpidamente en la casa. Se pueden alojar hasta 16-18 personas perfectamente. La casa tiene varios ambientes, aire acondicionado en toda ella. Una zona de barbacoa en la terraza fenomenal. Tres cocinas (con 3 frigorĂ­ficos), lavadoras, hornos, secadora y todo el material necesario (vasos, tazas, cubiertos, cafetera, tostadora, exprimidor, microondas, etc, etc). Una Ășnica TV en el salĂłn principal. Muy completa en general. No todos los dormitorios tienen un baño individual pero aunque algunos sean compartidos, son mĂĄs que suficientes. Sin problema en ningĂșn momento con el agua caliente aunque se utilizasen duchas a la vez. Piscina no excesivamente grande pero suficiente. Hamacas, toallas de piscina/lavabo... Una cocina da al jardĂ­n y es de lo mĂĄs agradable desayunar/comer allĂ­. Al ir a mediados de Agosto el precio era algo alto pero en esas fechas es comprensible. La zona estĂĄ un poco alejada de la playa. Se puede ir andando. Para ir es en una bajada cĂłmoda (10-15 minutos andando). Para volver es cuesta arriba y mĂĄs costoso. En verano al menos hay un parking al lado de la playa (pagando Ășnicamente la voluntad a alguna persona que lo organiza - al lado del Beach Mistral) con lo que siempre se puede ir en coche si se quiere evitar el paseo (que con sillas/sombrillas... puede ser un poco complicado). Andando a Puerto BanĂșs estĂĄ como a unos 25 minutos. Yendo en coche es una locura para aparcar (al menos en Agosto) si no es en parking privado (bastante caro). Las playas son de arena. No son las mejores que hemos visto pero no estĂĄn mal. No estĂĄn masificadas en absoluto. Se encuentra en una zona de casas individuales con lo que hay poca gente alrededor. Algunos restaurantes/bares puntuales mĂĄs o menos cerca (pero no hay mucha oferta en este sentido muy prĂłximos). Un SuperCor a 2 minutos escasos en coche. TambiĂ©n un Mercadona bastante cerca (en coche tambiĂ©n). EstĂĄ muy cerca tambiĂ©n Marbella (en coche). En resumen, sĂ­ aconsejo la estancia en esta casa especialmente para un grupo amplio de personas.
