Welcome to the beachfront Seascape Resort Condominiums! Unlike most condos in Galveston, Seascape is located directly on the beach, just west of the Seawall, there is no need to cross the busy street to feel the sand between your toes! This 1st floor unit offers beach views from your private balcony. With king bed in primary bedroom, recessed bunk beds and a queen sleeper sofa in living room, this unit sleeps 6 guests. Full kitchen w/stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes & utensils and granite countertops. This unit also has a washer/dryer in the unit for your use. Soak up the sights and sounds from your over-sized balcony or relax by the swimming pool (heated year-round) and hot tubs. Cable and Wi-Fi access. Linens and towels provided. Ready to go to the beach? Beach towels are provided so no need to pack extras. There is also a storage closet you will have access to with beach chairs and sand toys for you to use. Complex features include: direct beach access, elevators, large pool heated year-round, kid’s pool, 2 hot tubs, BBQ pits and full-size coin-operated washer/dryers on several of the floors. Quick 5-minute drive to Schlitterbahn and Moody Gardens.

* All guests count towards occupancy, regardless of age.

* Guests must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit.

* Per HOA regulations, no pets are allowed at this complex.

* This unit is located on the first floor (above the parking garage). The complex has elevators; however, Seascape will be replacing the elevators in Building 2, and they will not be available for use Nov 30-Jan 29.

* The quote you receive is the total amount due for your stay. The service fee charged includes the cleaning fees as well as the required HOA nightly surcharge so no additional payments will be owed upon arrival.

* Each unit is guaranteed one parking spot. A second is available based on first-come first-serve basis.

The storage closet is a shared closet so the items available vary. We keep about 40-50 beach chairs and a variety of sand toys in there so the actual items will vary but there are always enough to borrow for your day at the beach.

My stay at this property was just what I needed! I loved being directly on the beach with private access, and this cozy condo was perfect for me. I only had one issue with the housekeeping services forgetting toilet paper before I checked in, but the host promptly contacted them and the issue was rectified quickly. Other than that, my stay was wonderful! The host was very responsive and I even was able to extend my stay an extra day! The property was quiet and well maintained, especially for the price point. The covered parking was a bonus! I would definitely stay here again when returning to Galveston.

This condo exceeded our expectations in every way! The beachfront location at Seascape Resort was absolutely perfect, and the balcony was our favorite spot. The ocean view was beautiful morning and night, and there was plenty of room to relax, eat meals, and enjoy the sound of the waves.The condo was clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. Having a washer and dryer in the unit made such a huge difference, especially after a beach day with our kids. The beach access easy, the property was well maintained, and we loved the pool! Would absolutely book this condo again. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway with amazing views!

This condo exceeded my expectations! The balcony is larger than other Seascape units and has an amazing view of the ocean. Having access to beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys is so helpful! We didn’t have to bring or buy a thing. It would be helpful to have some beach towels in the unit. That’s all we had to buy. Beds were comfortable and the kids loved the TV’s provided in the bunk beds. I would definitely stay here again.
