Beautiful Apartment

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. It was clean, bright and spacious with a wonderful view. The pool and barbeque area was lovely. Host Charlotte was very helpful and friendly. We could walk to the lake and the centre of Locarno. We would highly recommend!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit im Tessin. Die Wohnung war für uns perfekt. Charlotte sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit, Sie hat sogar das Bettsofa zu einem richtigen Bett gewechselt, was die Wohnung nun noch attraktiver macht. Vielen Dank Charlotte, wir sehen uns wieder

Licht und Schatten

Wir haben für zwei Nächte an einem Wochenende im Hochsommer für Moon and Stars lockere 2000 Schweizer Franken für das Objekt angelegt, hätten dafür auch im 5 Sterne Hotel etwas oberhalb am Berg absteigen können. Daher waren die Erwartungen hoch. Leider kann man verkürzt sagen: An der Wohnung und der Villa Magnolia ist der Lack ab....das ursprünglich wohl sehr ambitionierte Projekt der hochstehenden Gastgeberkunst ist am Verblassen. Schon das muffige Treppenhaus mit einem Teppich, für den ich keine Worte mehr finden kann.... Die Wohnung ist abgelebt, war nur mässig sauber. In der Küche lehre Schränke mit vereinzelten Hinterlassenschaften früherer Bewohner, die Kühlschranktür klemmt, das Furnier fällt entgegen. Leere Vasen, leere Kerzengläser usw., alles steht noch rum, wird aber nicht mehr bedient oder gepflegt. Am Pool kehrt keiner mehr das Laub zusammen, das Wasser ist trüb. Die Wohnung liegt im 4.Stock, hat keine Klimaanlage. Das 3.Bett ist ein ausziehbares Bettsofa. Top ist Charlotte, die Gastgeberin, daher unbedingt 4 Sterne. Die Bewertung soll das Team wieder motivieren, für das Geld den Job zu machen. Die Lage der Wohnung und der Park sind hervorragend, aber es braucht den wachen Blick und das anhaltende Engagement!!
