THE ENTRY
Step through the front door and you're already somewhere — a custom surf-and-mermaid mural anchors the foyer, the first sign this isn't your average beach rental.
THE BUNK ROOM
A full-over-full bunk with a twin pullout trundle sleeps up to three — full-size beds, not narrow bunks. This room has its own wing with a dedicated hall bath directly across, so whoever's in here is completely self-contained from the rest of the group. Two full-size arcade cabinets round it out: NBA Jam in 4-player mode and a Legends Ultimate with 500-plus built-in games.
THE LIVING AREA AND KITCHEN
Wide, bright, and facing the Gulf, with a 70-inch Roku TV mounted above the fireplace — positioned so you can watch it and the water at the same time. Two oceanfront balconies open from this space. The kitchen is stocked to a level that will genuinely surprise you: full-size refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker, waffle iron, rice cooker, and electric kettle, plus every pot, pan, and utensil for a real multi-day meal rotation. Separate from the kitchen, a dedicated barista-level coffee bar has a Keurig duo, a milk frother, a grinder, a steamer, and to-go cups — a real café setup, every morning. In-unit washer and dryer with detergent included, and high-speed WiFi throughout.
THE PRIMARY SUITE
A king bed in luxury linens facing the Gulf, with a private door that opens directly onto one of the oceanfront balconies — fall asleep to the waves and wake up to the water.
THE ROOFTOP
The showstopper: a private rooftop terrace with a custom putting green, a hammock, a neon sign, and Gulf views that turn gold at sunset. Come up at golden hour and you'll understand.
WHERE YOU'LL SLEEP — 3 bedrooms, sleeps 7
- Primary Suite (main) — king, Gulf-facing, private balcony access
- Bunk Room (main) — full-over-full bunk plus a twin trundle (sleeps 3), dedicated hall bath across, two arcade cabinets
- Loft — a bed for two, tucked above the main living area
Every bed is dressed in luxury linens with bedside charging, and the baths are stocked with Ginger Lily Farms organic soaps.
FOR FAMILIES
The condo is stocked down to the Ziploc bags, with a Pack 'n Play, a high chair, board games, and beach towels on hand, plus beach chairs by the door. The bunk room's full-size beds and two arcades, the rooftop putting green, and the sand three minutes away keep every age busy from morning to sunset.
WHO IT'S BEST FOR
- Couples — a king suite with a private balcony, and the rooftop at golden hour; the loft is there if you're traveling with another couple
- Snowbirds — no minimum nights, a fully stocked kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, Publix five minutes away, and a French bakery across the street
- Friend groups — three bedrooms sleeping 7, two arcades, a rooftop putting green, board games, and beach chairs for everyone
- Multi-generational beach trips — the self-contained bunk-room wing gives the kids their own space, steps from the sand
THE AREA
The Gulf is steps away via the building's own private beach path — a short, sea-grape-lined trail to the sand. Right across the street is Voilà-Merci French Bakery (get the brownie). A few standouts nearby: Salt Rock Grill (2 minutes — Intracoastal views and fresh-from-the-dock seafood), Villa Gallace (5 minutes — beloved local Italian), The Friendly Fisherman at John's Pass (5 minutes), John's Pass Village & Boardwalk (10 minutes — boat rentals, dolphin tours, live music), Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf (10 minutes — pirate-themed mini golf), a Publix five minutes away, and Clearwater Beach about 20 minutes north.
GETTING AROUND
A car is easiest, and the unit's parking is steps from the stairs — but you barely need it, because the beach is a three-minute walk down the private path and the bakery is across the street. St. Pete–Clearwater (PIE) is about 25–30 minutes and Tampa International (TPA) about 40 minutes. Uber and Lyft run reliably, and the Suncoast Beach Trolley runs right along Gulf Blvd out front — stops are a short walk down the boulevard and it comes about twice an hour from early morning until late, so you can beach-hop the whole coast from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach without ever moving the car.
PARKING
Two dedicated parking spots come with the unit, plus first-come guest spaces for extra vehicles. Please keep to your spots out of respect for neighbors; no RVs or oversized vehicles.
ACCESS AND HOUSE RULES
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout is at 10:00 AM, with self check-in via smart lock — your entry details arrive with your arrival instructions, so there's no key pickup. This is a second-floor unit with two flights of stairs and no elevator, so please keep that in mind for anyone with mobility considerations. Quiet hours are 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM; it's a shared building, so please be mindful of the neighbors, especially the unit directly below. This is a strictly non-smoking, non-vaping home. No parties or events; gatherings are welcome as long as you never exceed the maximum occupancy of 7, which is strictly enforced. The booking guest must be 25 or older. Up to two dogs under 30 lbs are welcome for a $250 non-refundable fee per dog; per county ordinance, dogs aren't allowed on the beach. For your privacy and security there's a single exterior camera at the entry — never inside the home or on the balconies or rooftop. A $500 refundable damage deposit applies, with an additional deposit for one-night stays.
We're looking forward to hosting you. — Max, Happy Place Stays
