This stunning vacation apartment boasts a breathtaking panoramic sea view.

Located directly on Sahlenburg beach, this two-room apartment enjoys a prime location. It is situated on the first floor and accessible by elevator.

Up to four people can leave the everyday world behind in this modernly furnished oasis of well-being, featuring a separate bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy unobstructed sea views with a direct panorama of the Wadden Sea and the beautiful island of Neuwerk.

After a long day, you can unwind in the living room on the sofa, on the balcony or in the comfortable recliner with a good book or movie (cable TV is available).

The fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher) makes cooking up a breeze.

Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool on the ground floor free of charge.

Enjoy your North Sea vacation with stunning sea views and easy access to the beach, the promenade with its restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as the surrounding nature. Whether you enjoy bike rides, walks or simply relaxing on the beach, everything starts right outside your door.

The building houses a kiosk selling bread rolls and a café, as well as a bistro-restaurant offering breakfast service (seasonal).

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Seit 2019 buchen wir jedes Jahr im Sommer die FeWo 4 und für 2026 bereits wieder. Besonders gut gefällt uns der Balkon. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Blick auf das Meer und Neuwerk ist einzigartig.

Tolle Wohnung mit schöner Aussicht auf die Nordsee

Wir waren einige Tage über Silvester in der Wohnung. Sie hat einen fantastischen Blick auf die Nordsee und die Insel Neuwerk. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen, sauber und modern ausgestattet. Das Schwimmbad im Haus ist einwandfrei uns lädt zum Baden ein. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war einwandfrei und alles hat wie am Schnürchen gezogen geklappt.

Ich war mit meiner Mutter und meinem Hund da. Der Ausblick vom Balkon ist super und ich konnte im November sogar 1 mal auf dem Balkon frühstücken. Meine Mutter ist 80. und deswegen habe ich ein Objekt mit Fahrstuhl gesucht und gefunden. Meinem Hund hat es im Watt und auf der großen Hundewiese sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist super für 2 Personen mit einem kleinen Hund. Die Wohnung ein Traum. Wir kommen gerne wieder nach Salenburg, so Hunde freundlich habe ich es sehr selten erlebt. Nelly durfte in jedes Restaurant mit rein. Der Bäcker ist nur einen Katzensprung entfernt und an der Hundewiese weiter hoch ist ein größerer Bäcker mit Sitzgelegenheiten. Dankeschön für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Wir haben wunderschöne 3 Tage hier verbracht. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, alles da, was man braucht. Obwohl die Wohnung klein ist, wurde jede Ecke sinnvoll genutzt. Der Ausblick auf die Nordsee ist ein absoluter Traum. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Es war super ,wir waren das erste Mal da von Montag bis Sonntag und würden immer wieder dort Urlaub mit Hund machen. Die Wohnung 4 hat keine Scheiben am Balkon wie die anderen Wohnungen und das befürworten wir. Bitte nicht ändern wenn möglich.Der Ausblick ist mega Wasser,Watt und Insel Neuwerk. Sonnenuntergang traumhaft. Der Hundefreilauf ist ziemlich groß. Toben,buddeln ,trinken, duschen genial. Was uns als einziges im Hundefreilauf negativ aufgestoßen ist sind ausgetretene Kippen an den Sitzgelegenheiten. Leute es gibt Taschenaschenbecher sehr praktisch spreche aus Erfahrung. Zum Strand gehen von da aus auch super. Lange Schleppleine ist super auf Watt und im Wasser damit nix passiert. Restaurants und Bäcker top . Überall Trinknäpfe top Mit der Bimmelbahn nach Duhnen,Wattwagenfahrt zur Insel Neuwerk alles mit meiner Hündin (Golden Retriever) gemacht.
