Our themed apartment, Alt Monjoie, features modern and cosy furnishings inspired by Monschau.<br>The bedroom, located at the rear, is equipped with electric blinds. The spacious, modern bathroom features a rain shower and beautiful wood accents. <br>The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the extras: dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and many other appliances. The large communal garden invites you to linger, with many lovely quiet spots. Please note that this apartment does not have a balcony and does not face the garden; however, you are welcome to use the beautiful, large communal garden.<br>Located on the outskirts of Roetgen, near the forest, and directly on the RAVeL Route—one of Europe’s longest former railway-turned-bike paths, stretching 125 km. Or go hiking on the Eifelsteig—Roetgen is on Stage 1—and the Rursee is a 20-minute drive away. Just 20 km from Aachen and Monschau, located right on the Belgian border, your stay offers a wide variety of excursion options in the surrounding area.<br>Right nearby, you’ll find a restaurant (Alpenschmaus beim Österreicher) with a beautiful beer garden. Be sure to make a reservation in advance.

Die Lage war sehr gut und trotz Regen Haben wir viel gesehen.Der Vermieter gegenüber war sehr Nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und für uns sehr gut gelegen.Ein Plus war auch die Unterbringung der Fahrräder .

Mooi, compleet en schoon appartement. Op goede locatie van wandelroutes en centrum. Enige aandachtspunt is dat als er gasten in het appartement erboven verblijven, het erg gehorig is. (Loopgeluiden en schuiven van meubels)

Super schicke FeWo

Unser Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die FeWo war absolut sauber, niegel-nagel-neu saniert und modernisiert. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ich kann diese FeWo auf's Beste weiterempfehlen.
