We love Southport and created Salty Pines to be a comfortable, easy home base for guests to enjoy the area. Our goal is to give you a clean, welcoming place to stay and clear communication when you need it.

Why they chose this property

One of our favorite things about this neighborhood is that it feels quiet and tucked away, while still being close to everything people come to Southport to enjoy. The waterfront, shops, and many restaurants are within walking distance when the weather is comfortable, but the home is just far enough from downtown to feel peaceful at the end of the day.

We also loved that Salty Pines is a new construction home in an established area, without being part of an HOA. It gives guests a little more space, privacy, and flexibility while still keeping them close to the charm and activity of Southport.

What makes this property unique

Salty Pines is a brand-new home with a fresh, relaxed coastal feel—perfect as your home base while visiting Southport. Inside, you’ll find all-new furniture, linens, and bedding, along with bright, inviting decor that makes it easy to settle in and feel at home.

The property also offers a nice sense of privacy, with no direct neighbors and yard space in both the front and back. It’s a great setup for slower days at the house, whether the kids are playing in the grass, everyone’s relaxing outside, or you’re firing up the gas grill for dinner.
