Unwind in Destin at our conveniently located condo. The beach is only a 3 minute walk along the private, gated, boardwalk. The Terrace and Pelican Beach Resort feature 3 pools, 3 hot tubs, a new sauna, a work-out room, and tennis courts. Your balcony features a beautiful view over-looking the Terrace pool and grill area. The Pelican Beach Cafe is located near the Pelican lobby and has good food and essential supplies. The tiki bar is near the beach. Restaurants and a grocery store are within walking distance as well. Big Kahunas (a water park) is a short walk away, and the Track is close-by as well. With two bedrooms featuring a king bed and two twins beds, plus a living room with a comfy sofa bed, there’s plenty of space to relax. Two bathrooms add convenience for everyone. We look forward to welcoming you to our happy place.

Overall good stay! Room was clean, and as described. Most condos I've stayed at has more to offer in terms of kitchen utensils but that's no biggie and I didn't let that negativity affect my rating. The condo has 2 elevators side by side and one of them glitched out multiple times and wouldn't move but the second one was always working. My 16yo daughter was using the gym and the employee made her leave saying that 15 year olds and under can't be in there unsupervised or in there at all, one of the two. Regardless, she was above the age. Kinda weird. There's some nice propane grills out by the pool to use, the private beach entrance was awesome to have. We had a great time and would definitely come back!
