The newly renovated 2-room apartment L2 (approx. 40 sqm) on the ground floor features a terrace (south-facing) overlooking the garden and offers comfortable, bright accommodation
with separate living and sleeping areas. Thanks to its south-facing orientation, the apartment is particularly bright and inviting.

A cosy living area, a small separate bedroom with two single beds, a separate small kitchen with a dishwasher, and a modern bathroom with a shower
invite you to make yourself at home.

Ich fahre seit vielen Jahren in diese Wohnungen und werde es weiterhin machen. Die Wohnungen haben alles, was man benötigt und die Lage kann kaum besser sein. Ein besonderes Lob geht aber an das Team „Andresen“ - besser geht nicht. Freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch im Juli.
