Welcome to my Myrtle Beach, SC oceanfront condo located on the 15th floor offering peace and quiet you'd expect along with beautiful oceanfront sunrises, moonlit nights, and dolphins playing throughout the day. This studio is decorated with a soothing coastal vibe and you probably will not want to leave! Key details: king size bed with comfortable bedding, sofa (by day, trundle bed by night that has a full mattress on the top and a pullout twin on the bottom). Fully stocked kitchenette with a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, pots, pans, and all dishes. There is an elevator directly to the 15th floor condo. You'll love the amenities: 2 pools, 3 hot tubs, a lazy river and steps from the ocean. The resort is also minutes from Myrtle Beach Airport, countless Putt-Putt courses, 8 minutes to the infamous Myrtle Beach Strip (where cruising was founded), 5 minutes to Market Commons Shopping Center OR take a helicopter ride!

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Dispose of all trash during your stay in the trash chutes. Do not place trash in the hallways or by the trash cans, Trash chutes are located in the room across from unit #1517.
There is not a dishwasher. All dishes must be washed, dried and returned in their original place.
Both the main door and the balcony doors MUST BE LOCKED every time you leave the unit!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking of any kind on the balcony, a $500 fine will be issued. There is a designated smoking area on the ground floor.
Guests are not allowed to bring pets of any kind.
Parking passes and wristbands are required during your stay and details will be provided upon check-in.

I love nothing more than the peace that the ocean brings. My condo is the perfect place to experience this peace of hearing the ocean waves.

Why they chose this property

Close enough to the heart of Myrtle Beach but not in the middle of the action. The balcony view of a sunrise while drinking coffee in the morning is simply indescribable. And did I mention the dolphins?? Yes, almost every morning you can watch the dolphins playing directly in front of the balcony. It's been said by every guest, this place is perfect!

What makes this property unique

If you love having the option of toes in the sand or floating in the pool then this is going to be the best vacation you've ever had. Don't want to be in the sun? This place has a covered lazy river **currently under construction** as well as a heated indoor pool where you can relax until the evening breeze begins to blow. Then you'll have an option of three firepits to enjoy while watching the sunset over the water.
