Provençal country house with pool in the countryside

Garden and Grounds You’ll arrive at your holiday home via a dirt road. You’ll be surrounded by vineyards and a beautiful flower garden with plenty of places to sit and relax. The large, fenced-in pool (10m x 5m, 0.7m to 1.7m deep) awaits you with a view of the vineyards. The highlight of the garden is undoubtedly the Provençal summer kitchen and the terrace overlooking the garden: this spot is incredibly pleasant and tastefully decorated. A large table and chairs invite you to enjoy cosy evenings. A barbecue is available for your use, and you have direct access to the kitchen from the terrace through a French door.

Ground Floor
The house features a locked garage on the ground floor, as well as a storage room with a washing machine.

Ground floor
The ground floor is accessible either via a staircase inside the house or from outside through the summer kitchen. There you’ll find a large living room (with a fireplace, sofa, and round table with chairs) featuring an open, fully equipped kitchen. A small hallway leads to the first bedroom with a sofa bed, a bathroom (shower), and a separate toilet.

Second floor
The second floor has 3 additional bedrooms, two of which have a double bed, and the third has a double bed and a bunk bed. There is also a bathroom (with a bathtub) on the same floor.

Pets are not allowed

Good to know
The nearest shops are in Aups or Barjol, about a 15-minute drive away. The friendly owners who manage the property live quietly tucked away 30 metres away in a small cabin. They’ll be happy to help you if you need anything.
