Escape to this charming 3 bed/2 bath coastal cottage in Bolivia, NC. Perfectly situated between Oak Island and Holden Beach. Just 3 minutes to Sunset Harbor boat ramp, where there is a pier and a sand bar. Bring your boat or explore the nearby coast. This location makes both easy and convenient.

This is our very first STR but also our vacation home! We are so excited to share our home away from home with you.
