New Listing great location -Adorable 3BR 2BA Flat-close to beach-Just renovated

We would love to welcome you to our SunSeeker-II condo - just across the hall from our SunSeeker-I condo in Forest Ridge Resort. Both condos are comfortable 3 bedroom/2 bath units - very conveniently located on First Avenue just off Sadler Road and one block from the beach. It has an easy beach access with a walkway right from the condo. Historic Downtown is a bike ride away.

Best of all it is a ground floor flat with a serene view of the pond. Just beyond the pond is a pool, tennis and racquetball.

This ground floor flat is perfect for guests who value ease of access. It is very convenient for bringing in groceries as well as going to the beach. No lugging items up stairs. And if you have a large crowd, please consider also looking at our unit across the hall with the same floor plan (#3339511).

The newly renovated kitchen is up-to-date with all new quartz countertops and new cabinets. It has all the daily essentials and is well equipped for cooking in. There is dining for six that opens to the living area with a large flat screen TV. The sliding glass doors open to a patio where you can enjoy morning coffee with a beautiful shaded view.

The master bedroom has a king bed and updated en suite bathroom with a changing area with double sinks and quartz countertops. This bathroom has a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has two twin beds. There is a second updated full bath off the hallway with a shower/tub combination. All bedrooms include their own TV.

The unit includes a full size washer and dryer.

Amenities of Forest Ridge include designated parking, a pool, tennis/pickleball courts, grilling area and playground as well as a nice fire pit. The grounds are surrounded with mature trees and beautiful tropical flowers.

Fresh linens are provided along with bath soap, hand soap, laundry detergent, dish pods, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and coffee filters. We believe you will find the unit well stocked. We even include a wagon for your trips to the beach.

Skeptical at first because there wasn’t a lot of reviews, but I was thoroughly impressed. Brenda’s place had everything on our check list. Pet friendly was a must for us and close to the beach(5 minute walk)Beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath flat was very clean and newly renovated. A cute pond out back with ducks and turtles, nice pool and tennis court and playground and grilling area. The beds were comfortable. She had everything you would need even a beach cart, chairs and umbrella. We will definitely be back!

Immaculate, beautifully decorated condo in safe, quiet neighborhood. Condo was stocked with everything we needed. We love to travel with our dog and greatly appreciated it being Pet-Friendly. Location is very convenient for short walk to beach or quick drive to historic downtown. Brenda, the host, was very quick to respond to questions and offered great restaurant suggestions (Cafe Karibou was fabulous). We enjoyed walking the beach to nearby Sliders. Our favorite activity was driving through Fort Clinch canopy of trees. Wide variety of retail shops downtown- Lavender Toffee at the Lavender store is a must as well as a special souvenir for the home at Trailer Park. We’ll definitely stay here for future visits.

This was the perfect place for our vacation. Very clean and just as pictured and described. It was a very quick walk to the beach which was uncrowded at the particular beach access near the condo. The pool was very nice and clean. Our favorite things worth mentioning were first the fact that so many things were already there for our use like soap, dish detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, washing detergent etc. This was so helpful. Secondly the responsiveness and kindness of the host from booking until leaving was superior. I am so appreciative. Oh and the view of the pond from the porch was so beautiful. Would not hesitate to recommend or to book again! Thank you!

Robert and I have loved Amalia Island since our first visit in 1991. We never tire of that great feeling we get as we cross the bridge to Amelia. We enjoy hosting visitors in our condos and we feel very connected to our guests.

Why they chose this property

We love this part of the Island because it is close to the Historic downtown and all the restaurants, mini golf and shopping on Sadler. Forest Ridge is so close to the beach with a walkway taking you to Beach Access 24. Both of our units face the pond giving the patios a very nice serene atmosphere.

What makes this property unique

We have two 3 bedroom/2 bath condos across the hall from each other - perfect for large group get-togethers and family reunions (#3339511 & #5253878)
And both of our condos face the pond (not the parking lot) with a very nice shaded view of the water from the deck. This is a huge plus for privacy and serenity.
