Welcome to your perfect Surf City getaway! Newly built in 2026, this beautifully designed 5- bedroom home is just 2 blocks to the beach and 2 blocks to the bay. Located right in the heart of Surf City- walking distance to restaurants, shops, and everything Surf City has to offer.
Everything is brand new as of Spring 2026!
HEATED POOL, fenced in back yard
Saturday to Saturday Rentals in the peak summer months June -August.
Will take a minimum of 3 day rental on the off season.
Bedrooms: 5 bedrooms:
The first floor next to the game room/living room is a room with 1 Queen and 1 twin.
Then there are 3 bedrooms on the main floor where the kitchen and great room is.
Bunk beds with 2 twin and 1 full, Bunk beds with 2 twin, Queen with a full bathroom en suite
Top floor is an oversized luxurious Master suite with a King with a full bathroom with a deck overlooking the front of the house and a deck overlooking the pool and a walk in closet. This bedroom also has a vanity.
TVs in both masters and both living rooms.

Couch in the Great room has seating for 6/7.
