The home sleeps 6, Guests will find the primary suite featuring a king bed with a modern ensuite bath, a fireplace, walk in closet, black out curtains, a ceiling fan, air conditioning and a private entrance onto the large deck. It is down the hall from the 2nd bedroom so it offers the privacy one would desire. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, ceiling fan, and air conditioning. The kitchen features a Wolf gas stove, a double oven and is a delight to cook in or just hang out around the large Island. in. It is open concept to the living room. The home offers three bathrooms, including one with a large walk-in shower, double vanity, and a jetted bathtub that invites relaxation after a day of exploring. There is full washer and dryer in the 3rd bathroom. The living room Includes a new queen hide a bed. and air conditioning. There is a large covered deck with a nice BBQ. The dining table can seat up to 10 or enjoy sitting around the wine barrel table. At night enjoy the string lights on the deck and the chandelier over the table. Have a glass of wine around the fire pit and enjoy the hot tub that seats 6. There is a tall fence around the back yard for privacy. Walk to nearby parks. Whether you’re curling up in the living room or enjoying a refreshing shower, this enchanting retreat has everything guests need for a restful stay. It’s easy to see why you’ll be able to unwind at our place. Enjoy the view of Mt Rainier outside the front door. Close to dining, shops and the fairgrounds. Are you a sports fan? The Sounder train is 2 minutes away and drops you right at the sports stadiums in Seattle.

We are from the northwest. We enjoy hiking Mt. Rainier, visiting wineries in Woodinville; taking the Sounder train to Seattle for sports events and concerts and walking the waterfront in Tacoma where there are several restaurants and beautiful views of the Puget Sound. We love meeting people from all over.

The neighborhood is a quaint authentically historical town with original craftsman houses. The area is biker friendly and extensive walking is available. The nearby park has pickleball, tennis courts and children love the features they can play and climb on.
