The two bathrooms include thoughtful touches like a bidet and a hair dryer for added comfort. A marvelous living room with a futon offers a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Heating and a gas fireplace keeps the space warm and inviting throughout your stay. Our place provides a welcoming home base with golf, tennis, and kayaking within walking distance. Kayaks, tennis racquets and golf clubs are included for guests to use. Three exterior sitting areas give guests the ability to enjoy private time to read, relax or take a nap. This gem is a little bit of paradise and must be experienced to be appreciated.

My wife and I grew up and met in Southern California, raised three boys and settled in the Central Coast several years ago. We love Morro Bay and are fortunate to have found our little gem to call home when we are not traveling or visiting our buys who all live in the Pacific Northwest.
Why they chose this property
The Height in Morro Bay is hard to beat. With golf, kayaking, restaurants, hiking trails, and tennis courts all within walking distance, and perfect Mediterranean weather, it is simply a little slice of paradise (in our humble opinion).
What makes this property unique
A private, secure, single story, fully equipped and remodeled home on a corner lot is extremely hard to find in our area.
