Sports enthusiasts will appreciate the multi-purpose court where they can play volleyball, tennis or five-a-side football.
Here you will be staying in the dreamy hills of central Italy, which offer an ideal base for exploring the region. In the immediate vicinity is Monte Terminillo with its ski slopes for winter sports, which is also ideal for trekking and excursions in summer. Cycle or hike along the Via di San Francesco and get to know the places of St Francis and the uniqueness of the landscapes. Visit the Marmore waterfall with its extensive nature park, which offers several hiking trails where you can admire the natural beauty. Rome can be reached from here in just over an hour by car
