This cozy apartment is located in a safe, quiet, family neighborhood on the East side of Grand Rapids! Lots of natural light in both bedrooms and main hallway (black out curtains provided). Beautiful backyard view of wildlife nature preserve (Keep your eye out for deer, turkeys, and our two neighborhood owls)

Just one mile north of Reeds Lake & Gaslight Village and minutes from Medical Mile, Van Andel Arena, DeVos Place, John Ball Zoo, and everything else downtown Grand Rapids has to offer!

Stairs are required for access to the apartment.

This private 2-bedroom apartment on the East side of downtown Grand Rapids is a great space to work or play! Located in a walk-out basement with a private entrance.
