✓ The home is located in a residential neighborhood, so guests are expected to respect quiet hours, occupancy limits, parking rules, and all house guidelines.
✓ An occupancy detection device notifies hosts if occupancy exceeds the expected number of guests.
✓ Beyond the 10th guest, an extra fee of $25 per person per night is automatically applied to the reservation.

1. No parties allowed.

2. No smoking is allowed inside the home, violation of this rule will result in an additional $500 fee for `de-smoking` the home.

3. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.

4. Any uninformed guest will be charged $25 each per night.

5. Swimming is not allowed in the canal, there is such a sign placed in the backyard fence for further clarification.

6. You must follow all rules placed in our guest guidebook and the backyard fence to use the hot tub/jacuzzi.

7. Follow these rules for kayak/boat use in the canal:
- Wear a PFD at all times.
- Use a white light at night.
- Know the water, watch for currents, levels, and hazards.
- Protect the environment: follow Leave No Trace.
- No alcohol or drugs while paddling.
- Watch for other boats and their movements.
- Add reflective tape for better visibility.
- Carry a whistle or sound device.
- Be prepared with food, water, bug spray, and sunscreen.
