Wie bereits davor das Jahr eine sehr freundliche Kommunikation, die den Buchungsablauf etc. sehr einfach gestaltet hat. Hier möchte ich noch einmal den sehr freundlichen Empfang ihrer Mitarbeiterin betonen- da macht ankommen im Urlaub richtig Spass, wenn man so strahlend empfangen wird :-)

Es war ein sehr schönes Appartment, mit viel Liebe eingerichtet.Klasse Lage und trotz Zentrum ruhig. Leider war es sehr anstrengend, das Gepäck von der Tiefgarage in den zweiten Stock zu tragen . Schade fanden wir auch, dass wir nach der Dusche direkt wieder schmutzige und schwarte Füße hatten. Hier wird wohl eher selten der tille Fußboden gewischt. 😒Badelatschen !

Kein Fahrstuhl - mit Gepäck ab einem gewissen Alter schwierig. Preis für die Größe des Apartments in der Winterzeit etwas zu hoch. Reinigungspreis etwas zu hoch. Ansonsten waren wir mit vielem zufrieden, Einrichtung sehr schön, viele Utensilien , Lage gut, sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter.

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft, es war sauber und gemütlich. Ein Backofen wäre schön gewesen und ein Besen in der Gerätekamer wäre schön gewesen . Vielleicht auch überlegen den Gästen Handtücher und Trockentücher für das Geschirr ins Apartment zu legen.

Mitarbeiter teils unzuvorkommend und unverständig. Baumaßnahmen (laut) und Zigarettenrauch von den Bauarbeitern zog über mehrere Tage sporadisch ins Zimmer.
