Schöne, helle und geräumige Wohnung

Das freistehende Haus, in dem außer dieser Ferienwohnung noch eine Ferienwohnung für die Eigentümer im "Anbau" untergebracht ist, liegt im Stadtteil Dorf, nur 3 Fußminuten von Geschäften und Restaurants entfernt, aber trotzdem absolut ruhig mit großzügigem Parkplatz auf dem Hof und Abstellmöglichkeit von Fahrrädern im Garten (nicht überdacht). Nach 5km Radweg kann man in Ording mit dem Rad bis auf den Strand fahren (perfekter Strand z.B. für Surfer und Familien). Die Wohnung ist hell und bietet einer Familie mit 3 Kindern viel Platz, alle Fenster können mit Jalousien verdunkelt werden. Bereits in den vorhergehenden Rezensionen wurde beschrieben, dass das 3. Schlafzimmer mit Einzelbett ein Durchgangszimmer ist und die Vorratskammer einen eigentümlichen Geruch verströmt, allerdings nur, wenn sie geöffnet ist. Eine Waschmaschine könnte die Wohnung noch attraktiver machen. Der Garten ist klein und gepflegt, man kann mit der ganzen Familie draußen sitzen.

Das Haus ist renovierungsbedürftig. Es fehlten der angegebene Strandkorb und der Grill. Außerdem wurde nicht erwähnt, dass das Einzelzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer ist. Die Speisekammer roch sehr muffig. Der Kühlschrank ist für 5 Personen zu klein. Eine kleine Anregung... Vielleicht könnte über die Anschaffung einer Mikrowelle, eines Radios und eventuell einer Uhr nachgedacht werden.
