Sehr schöne Wohnung - sehr guter Buchungsablauf. Tolle Parkmöglichkeit mit TG-Stellplatz inkl. zur FeWo. Sehr gepflegtes Gebäude und schöner Eingangsbereich. Besonders schön sind die Balkone zu erwähnen - mit Blick zum Meer und Sonne bis zum Sonnenuntergang. Großes Badezimmer mit sowohl Dusche, als auch Badewanne. Diese Wohnung würden wir immer wieder gerne buchen.

Die Wohnung und Lage ist super. Leider war ein Raucher in einem anderen Appartements im Haus. Der Rauch zog leider sofort ins Schlafzimmer bei geöffneten Fenster/Tür. Das war sehr schade. Ansonsten würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen. Der Meerblick ist der Wahnsinn.

Ich habe bei der Buchung der Wohnung dieses Mal nicht beachtet, dass die Wohnung auch mit Haustieren erlaubt ist. Ich bin ein sehr tierlieber Mensch, aber die Wohnung roch beim Betreten sehr unangenehm nach Tier und es waren in der kompletten Wohnung Tierhaare vorhanden. Wenn Tiere erlaubt sind, dann muss die Wohnung aber auch komplett gründlich gereinigt werden. Auch an den Küchenmöbeln waren Schmutzflecken. Einen Duschvorhang finde ich nicht mehr zeitgemäß und sehr unhygienisch, da ich davon ausgehen, dass dieser nicht jedesmal gereinigt wird. Ansonsten war die Wohnung kalt und lieblos eingerichtet und sehr abgewohnt. Die Lage und die Größe der Wohnung sind top. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, aber nicht in die Wohnung 58. Mit frd. Gruß K.
