About this property

The Magnolia Cabin, Cabin #4

**NOTE: Copper's Peak, LLC does require each guest to sign a liability waiver shortly after booking.

Enjoy a peaceful stay at our Magnolia Cabin, cabin #4. We are a family oriented facility. Located in the heart of the Cumberland Plateau, ride multiple trails in the Hunstville TN area including TWRA from our location without having to trailer your ride. Your trailer stays parked for the duration of your stay as our cabins are located in a UTV authorized county road. Our cabins are situated on their own lots for privacy and boast lots of amenities of home. We offer free ice in our Coppers Mercantile for the days ride in which you can fill your coolers before heading out, as well as Wifi included in your stay. You will love our solar lit fire pit areas with seating and built in charcoal grills. Situated away from the road for a restful sleep and privacy.

Copper's Peak Cabins are nestled on 47 private wooded acres. Each cabin lot is separated by trees for guest privacy. Combine the Magnolia Cabin with our Kentuckian & LaRue Cabins, where up to 18 guest can be hosted at once which makes a great option for large groups that would still prefer their own space, but be together. Relax and unwind on our front porches and listen to the owls talk to each other sometimes close by or at a distance and some even throughout the day time. You may see a deer off in the distance of the woods, squirrels jumping from tree to tree, or bunnies hopping along the base of the trees forging for food, or possibly a few turkeys off in the distance. Enjoy the blue skies and abundance of stars on clear days and nights. Ready to feel the breeze? Jump in your buggy and go. We are closest to trails 3, 6 & trail 25. The landscaping is currently still in progress as we are a brand new facility. We have a vast layout of florals planned for 2026 for guest to enjoy with newly seeded grass and floral seeds.

The Magnolia Cabins parking can accommodate 3-4 trucks & trailers. Additional Parking for trucks and trailers is located at the Mercantile located across from cabin #3, and is monitored by security cameras for guest safety and peace of mind. There is also a main security light that lights up the parking at the Mercantile. Guest have access to their cabin and it's lot as well as the Mercantile and Mercantile parking lot. We offer ample parking throughout for multiple trucks and trailers. The Mercantile and free ice is only available to guest staying with us. Guest are provided a code for the door to the Mercantile upon check in that is listed on each cabins refrigerator welcome sheet.

Our kitchens are fully stocked with lots of cooking utensils and items to cook and bake including pizza pans, casserole dishes, muffin pans, cookie sheets, hand mixer, and grilling tools, as well as children’s dinnerware. We supply individual salt and pepper packets, along with a large variety of individually packaged sweeteners, powdered creamer and 6 medium roast K-cup pods. We also supply a few additional items in the bathroom vanities incase you forget. There is additional space inside the pantry cabinet to store your dry goods on your stay. Our “Coppers Mercantile” houses a commercial ice machine along with additional cleaning supplies such as a vacuum, broom and mop, a high chair and travel crib for guest use. We do not supply cooking oil nor charcoal for our built in charcoal camp grills. Cleaning fee is included in final pricing. Our driveway is sloped and we do recommend a 4x4 when hauling side by sides. For reference, we typically haul two side by sides at once on a heavy duty trailer or gooseneck and have also pulled our extremely large and loaded heavy enclosed trailer, with no issues. Regular sized vehicles that are not hauling a trailer, have no issues accessing the driveway as well.

Let's Ride! We love to ride the trails ourselves. We typically use a canam maverick x3 turbo crew that my husband drives the hard trails but lets me drive the easy trails…😅. Our teen son uses his RZR 800, and I also use a Ranger XP 1000 for farming and gardening.

Why they chose this property

We absolutely love the area of our property. We along with our family never want to leave it. It truly is a special unique place. It is quite and situated away from the road for relaxation and a restful sleep. You can hear the side by sides off in the distance, but not riding so close to your accomodations that it keeps you awake at night.

What makes this property unique

We are situated away from the road. Our cabins and parking areas can not be seen from the road offering guest extra privacy and security.
