Modern and cozy studio in the 4 seasons-holiday-area of Kaprun - Zell am See! The deluxe studio Kaprun is located near the town center of Kaprun, only a few minutes of walking distance to shops, restaurants and bars. The ski bus stops approx. 100 m from the apartment house. Nice view from the balcony.



The studio is divided into:



- Hall with wardrobe

- Bathroom with shower, toilet, towel-warmer, hair-dryer

- Living/sleeping area with double bed, pull out single bed, wardrobe, dining table, free WIFI access

- Ideal for 2 adults and 1 child up to 15 years old - its also possible for 3 adults

- Balcony with nice view of Kaprun and mountains
