Let your gaze wander over the sea and the surrounding area through the large panoramic windows in the living room and bedrooms and make yourself comfortable in an appealing ambience.



Step outside, enjoy the sun and relax on the west-facing terrace as you watch the sunset in your private home. Later, you can stroll through the park-like gardens and swim a few lengths in one of the outdoor pools, which are open from Easter to October. You can also play basketball, boules, outdoor chess or table tennis.



You can reach the spacious wellness area from your apartment, where the indoor pool, saunas and relaxation areas invite you to relax, and you can take part in yoga classes or fitness training several times a week. There is a lovely playground for the little ones.



Discover the kilometre-long, fine sandy beaches of Prorer Wiek. Stroll along the beach promenade, enjoy the sweeping views over the Baltic Sea and breathe in the fresh sea air. Take advantage of the well-developed cycle and hiking trails for beautiful excursions and explore the Jasmund National Park with its famous chalk cliffs.

Das Penthouse ist sehr zu empfehlen, sehr großzügig und tolle Dachterrassen. Die Außenanlagen und der Wellnessbereich waren sehr gepflegt. Im Penthouse waren lediglich die Stufen zu den Schlafzimmern, die übrigens keine Türen haben, sehr glatt. Ein rutschfester Belag wäre wünschenswert, besonders für Familienmit Hunden oder kleinen Kindern. .

Für uns: Mehr Schein als Sein. Unser Loft für angeblich 1,2 Mio € Wert, "luxuriös ausgestattet" und von uns in der ersten Juliwoche für 2.800 € gemietet = never ever again! Tatsächlich ist hier alles Mittelmaß, weder wirklich sauber und vor allem alles andere als "luxuriös". Das Umfeld trist; einiges geschlossen; nur teilweise geöffnet (angeblicher Personalmangel), darüber hinaus für die gebotene Qualität überteuert.
