Love this home from home. Comfortable with everything you could want including a great TV package for those nights in. Nice walk to the centre of Caleta de Fuste and the views over the sea and to the mountains are amazing

Home from home

Beautiful home from home - very comfortable and clean. Nice quiet area within walking distance to the shops. Esther meets you with the keys and she is lovely. This is our 4th time at this property and we hope to be back again soon - could do with a couple more loungers for the roof terrace!!!

Stunning

Fabulous property, comfortable and has everything you need. Communication with the property manager Antoni was excellent and the contact Esther met us with the keys and took us around the property was lovely. Lovely quite area, beautiful pool and a decent walk from the centre. A few sun beds on the rooftop terrace instead of the chairs would be a bonus. Can’t wait to come back

Unfreundlicher Vermieter

Die Wohnung an sich ist wunderschön. Der Vermieter ist sehr unfreundlich. Z. B. fanden während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes Arbeiten an der öffentlichen Wasserversorgung statt. An allen Werktagen war das Wasser tagsüber für mehrere Stunden abgestellt. Dies stellt für uns eigentlich kein Problem dar, denn irgendwann müssen die Arbeiten ja stattfinden. Was uns aber sehr gestört hat, ist, dass der Vermieter nicht darauf hingewiesen hat. Dann hätten wir uns darauf einstellen können. Schon am Anreisetag haben wir uns über den geringen Wasserdruck am Waschbecken beschwert. Da hatten wir die Bauarbeiten noch gar nicht bemerkt. Als Antwort haben wir eine lange Ausführung über die Wasserversorgungssituation auf Fuerteventura bekommen. Weiterhin haben wir uns bei ihm ein zweites Weinglas (es gab nur eines), eine neue Bratpfanne (bei allen vorhandenen war die Beschichtung zerkratzt) und Möbel für die Dachterrasse (dort gab es nur zwei völlig verrostete Kippliegestühle) gewünscht. Seine Antwort war, dass, wenn wir etwas haben möchten, wir es uns kaufen sollen. Er wird kein Geld für uns ausgeben. Er wies darauf hin, dass in der Wohnung alles, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet, vorhanden sei und das seine Pflicht damit erfüllt sei. Es gibt in der Wohnung nur EINE Außenterrasse und das ist die Dachterrasse. Die zweite sogenannte Terrasse ist ein allseits umbauter Wintergarten. Dort stehen Gartenmöbel. Sie sind allerdings zu wuchtig, als dass man sie mit auf die Dachterrasse nehmen könnte.
