Amazing time at this beautiful Homossasa home! We absolutely loved our stay! The house is right on the water in such a lovely, peaceful area. It’s the perfect location for scalloping with easy access out to the bay, and also close to the springs. Crump’s and other great local restaurants are nearby, and Publix is just right down the road which was super convenient.The neighborhood felt very safe and family friendly, and the whole area is gorgeous. We especially loved the true “Old Florida” feel of Homosassa. Such a fun place to stay and enjoy everything the area has to offer. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a great trip!

This is our second year staying at this lovely property, we already booked next year to make it three. We love the house, it fits two families perfectly. The seawall is wide enough to fit two boats (17' & 24' overall). The small community is great, we like to take a nightly walk. The neighborhood boat ramp is so convenient and free! The new owner is very quick to respond and checked in on us via VRBO to make sure everything was good. Could not ask for anything more. Looking forward to next year!!

It was perfect for a large family group. Perfect location. Easy to access. Clean and plenty of supplies. Quiet neighborhood. Didn’t use the back porch, grill, kayaks or game room but they were available. Washer and dryer a big plus. Having 2 1/2 bath was great. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive to stay in Homossasa but the price was the going rate. I would stay there again. Recommend for large groups/family and is pet friendly.

We surprised my husband with a weekend of family fun and boating for his BD. This house was the perfect option for us. 5 adults and 3 teenagers. Fenced yard for our dog. So much fun packed into 3 days. The house has plenty of sleeping space and plenty of room for meals. Perfect spot with the boat parked at the back of the house
