Outstanding location and house

This is a spotlessly clean, thoughtfully designed, pretty home a few strides from the lake, we should have booked a longer stay! We loved staying here, the hosts had really gone above and beyond in making the place welcoming with drinks in the fridge and everything immaculately organised. Immenstaad is a wonderful little town with great shops and restaurants and easy access to the ferries for getting around the lake.

Es war super-schön! Das Haus war sehr, sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und der Kontakt mit den Vermietern sehr nett. Die Lage so nah am See haben wir auch sehr genossen. Ebenso den Garten und die Terrasse mit den vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Altes Haus, top modernisiert, 80m vom Bodensee (offener Zugang).

Pros: Lage top, Ausstattung alles da, super ruhig und trotzdem sind der Ort und der Bodensee ganz nah und ohne Probleme zu erreichen. Cons: Keine Wallbox für e-Autos vorhanden. Das ist jetzt aber Jammern auf hohem Niveau, kein echtes Problem!

Tolle Lage, wunderschönes Haus

Pros: Das freistehende Haus liegt 100m vom Strand entfernt in einem hübschen Garten. Parken ist kein Problem. Es hat eine Top-Ausstattung und einfach Flair.

Pros: Genug Zimmer, Garten, tolle Küche, der See in der Nähe. Cons: Nachbarn die in der Nacht laut auf der Terrasse redeten! Treppe knakst stark.

Liebevoll eingerichtet, tolle Lage, schöner Garten

Pros: Das Haus erfüllt alle Wünsche. Die Einichtung ist sehr schön und die Lage traumhaft. In wenigen Schritten ist man am Ufer des Sees. Der Garten ist ebenfalls sehr schön. Bei der Ankunft fühlt man sich durch Details wie einen frischen Blumenstrauß oder Getränke im Kühlschrank willkommen. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin verlief reibungslos. Sie ist sehr freundlich.
