Hübsche Ferienwohnung mit Defiziten!

Die FeWo ist auf den Bildern recht hübsch eingerichtet, vor Ort genauer hingesehen sind es doch recht billige Möbel mit Ausnahme der Küche. Ferner fehlt an den Fenstern jedwede Möglichkeit eines Sonnenschutz/Verdunkelung, so das am warmen Tagen die Hitze in der Wohnung steht, einmal davon abgesehen das die fehlende Verdunkelung den Tag bei Sonnenaufgang beginnen lässt. Abendliches Lüften war ebenfalls nicht möglich da ein Insektenschutz ebenfalls nicht vorhanden ist, eine Tortur. Da wir trotzdem gelüftet haben, hatten wir schon nach kurzer Zeit Mücken, Spinnen und andere Tierchen in den Räumen.Die Wohnung ist für bis zu sechs Personenfreigegeben, im Bad können nur Handtücher aufgehangen werden, keine Badetücher.

Schön, gemütlich, modern, aber ohne WLAN/LAN und hellhörig

Schöne moderne Wohnung, leider schlecht beleuchtet, schlecht beschriftet und keine Mikrowelle, geschweige denn Töpfe, bzw Schüsseln. 1 mittlerer Topf und 1 ganz großer Topf und eine riesige Metallschüssel, sonst nur Kompottschalen. Es gab auch nur eine Sorte von Gläsern. Da die Wohnung für bis zu 2 Haustiere erlaubt ist hätten wir uns auch Metallnäpfe für Wasser und Futter gewünscht. Abtropfsieb, Auffülllöffel, Topflappen, Schneebesen und Auflaufform haben wir nur im HW Raum des ganzen Objektes gefunden. Leider war das TK Abteil des Kühlschranks nicht sauber und auch im Bad lagen tote Fliegen vor dem Fenster. Da wir nach 18 Uhr ankamen, war es stockdunkel und wir sind am Gebäude vorbeigefahren, denn der Parkplatz und das Haus waren unbeleuchtet - auch nicht mit aktivem Bewegungsmelder. Gekennzeichnet waren weder die Parkplätze noch die Wohnungen. Es hingen noch Ostereier in der 1 KW in den Büsche, die Rankgitter und das Hausschild "Hus an de Möhl" waren umgefallen -kaputt. Vor dem Eingang standen eine Figur von Erdmännchen und eine Ricke mit Ihrem Kitz. Das Treppenhaus war nicht sauber und an der Treppe oben standen handschriftliche gekennzeichnete Kartons von Weihnachtsdeko. Das Apartment war modern, gemütlich eingerichtete- spärlich dekoriert, mit fehlendem Kücheninterieur. Im kleinen Schlafzimmer war die Tür nicht zu schließen, da sie auf dem Boden stand und der Türgriff lose, sodass die Tür nicht zu schliessen war, da man sonst den Griff in der Hand hatte.Eingangstürgriff ebenso sehr locker. Im Treppenhaus wären Schirmständer toll, ebenso im Flur des Apartments eine kleine Ablage und ein Schlüsselbrett. In den Schlafzimmern haken an der Wand und im Bad mehr Handtuchhaken undHellhörigkeit: das kleine Schlafzimmer lag wohl direkt neben dem Badezimmer der Nachbarwohnung, denn das Lichtsschalterklacken und auch den Morgenstrahl der Nachbarmitbewohnerin konnte man gut hören. Unser Hund schreckte bei jedem Geräusch hoch und war auf alarmbereitschaft. Viele Bettdecken und riesige Kopfkissen sind vorhanden. Begrüßungsmappe hätten wir uns gewünscht. (Hinweise zu Arzt, Apotheke, Restaurants, Ausflüge, Hundefreilaufgehege, Hofladen etc.) Leider waren für mich im Internet/Angebot nicht die Kosten für Handtücher und Bettwäsche ersichtlich, wobei zu diesem Preis, dies wirklich drin hätte sein müssen. Ansonsten Deich schnell erreichbar und ich stand mit unserem Chihuahua im Wind. Wunderbarer Ruhe, sicher auch aufgrund des gebuchten Zeitraums. Viele Grüße
