The south-west facing villa is built on a triple lot (instead of the usual double lot) and therefore offers 50% more space than usual. The total living area is 408 sqm (4400 sf) plus 120 sqm (1283 sf) for the lanai and pool area.

Here you will find an extra spacious outdoor area with a panorama screen, a pool over 14 meters long with beach entry and whirlpool, and a professional-class outdoor summer kitchen.

From here it is actually only a few minutes to the river - you can save yourself long trips through the canals or even through the lock. - the ideal starting point for wonderful excursions with a motorboat, which can be parked at the in-house jetty with Capitains-Walk. The jetty is long enough to accommodate very large boats.
The boat in the pictures cannot be rented. The boat lift is also occupied by that boat. In Cape Coral there are many possibilities to rent a nice boat.

The dreamlike infinity pool has a salt electrolysis, which allows a perfect swimming experience without chlorine and without red eyes. An outdoor shower and a shallow water area are also included.

The very spacious outdoor area offers pool loungers, a seating area with a cozy lounge including a fireplace, a dining table and a state-of-the-art professional outdoor kitchen with a very large grill with a sizzling zone for a perfect BBQ experience.
The entire outdoor area has a screen with extra large panorama sections, so that this is hardly noticed at all.

Master suite 1 and 2 offers stunning views of the pool and boat dock. Of course, these master suites have a direct pool exit.

The adjoining bathroom of master suite 1 has a freestanding bathtub, a 4.5 square meter walk-in shower, indirect LED ceiling lighting and stylish double sinks with illuminated mirrors. With a separate toilet, of course.

Throughout the house and lanai you will find a Sonos system with speakers in every room. A giga-bit internet connection is also included, as well as 65' TVs in each master suite and a huge 85' TV in the living room.

Villa Juhara is fully equipped with a modern kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer with ice cube maker, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee maker, Nespresso machine), air conditioning, washing machine, two dryers and BBQ grill with sizzle zone. Bed linen, as well as beach, bath and hand towels, to the hair dryer and cosmetic mirror, everything is available.
You will also find a baby bed and beach chairs.

In addition, you have free WiFi Internet, sufficient terrace furniture and sun loungers, as well as German and English-speaking employees for your on-site support.

Update: The water in Cape Coral is not particularly good. The chlorine content in particular is extremely high. It is about 10x higher than the permissible limit in Germany. That's why we had a water treatment system installed so that you can enjoy "spring water" quality throughout the house.
