Alles bestens. Perfekte ruhige lage, nur 5 Gehminuten zur Wilhelmstrasse. Sehr bequemes Bett und schöne, zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Die Reichweite des Wlan könnte etwas besser sein, vor allem draussen. Matratze vom Sofabett könnte etwas dicker sein. Matratze im Schlafzimmer ist sehr bequem. Auf dem Bakon ist es Abends sehr schön.

Sehr gemütlich, modern und liebevoll ausgestattet. Zentral gelegen. Für zwei Gäste sehr gut .Die Couch ist leider nicht auszuziehen , also für eine dritte Person als Schlafmöglichkeit nicht geeignet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schöne Auszeit

Wunderbare kleine Wohnung mit Balkon, der ideal für das Frühstück ist. Alles vorhanden, alles sauber. Einzig das ein Backofen fehlte, hatten wir nicht auf dem Schirm. Da aber der Bäcker nur zwei Minuten zu Fuß entfernt ist, war das überhaupt kein Problem.Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Schlüsselübergabe sehr gut über das Schließfach. Auf dem Balkon stand noch Malerzubehör. Betten waren OK. Küche für Frühstück ausreichend. Warmwasserversorgung sehr gut ebenso Heizung

Genau richtig für uns

Angenehm ruhig gelegen und auch zentral, gut angebunden (ÖPNV, Gastronomie, Bäcker, Spazierwege). Ein freundliches, sauberes Quartier. Einzige Einschränkung: es war sehr laut an Silvester. Wer diesbezüglich Ruhe erhofft, suche besser woanders.

Schöne kleine Wohnung. Hat alles gut geklappt. Dem Mieter der Fewo sollte vorab mitgeteilt werden, wo man den Schlüssel erhält. Wir haben es nur erfahren, da gerade ein Mieter einer anderen Wohnung kam und wir ihn fragen konnten. Ansonsten hat alles unkompliziert geklappt.
