This was worst experience ever through vrboThe day I got email 15 hrs before checking that they cancelled my reservation due to environmental impact with zero explanation was offered no help etc. I don’t get how I have to cancel 15 days before checking in or get charged full price and I don’t even get 24 hours notice. Host was never in correspondence everything through vrbo!
