Nestled in Fort Myers, this charming house offers a fabulous retreat for guests seeking comfort and ease. With three cozy bedrooms and two bathrooms, there’s plenty of space to relax and unwind. The cool interior stays comfortable year-round thanks to air conditioning and heating. Whether you’re freshening up with the hair dryer or enjoying quiet evenings indoors, this home has you covered. A great place to call homebase while you're away, we hope you enjoy your stay. Please do not keep any food in the bedroom. Swimming pool maintenance is scheduled on Tuesday morning. Please don’t throw paper towels or any other materials but toilet paper into the toilet. Please don’t modify the layout of the house. All the amenities are allowed with the exception of the closed garage, which is rented separately (with no access to the rest of the property, but the driveway) and the shed in the backyard. Treat the entire house like your own, remember "This is your home away from home”
