Such an amazing little spot, the pool and entire house was perfect for my family! Super clean, comfy and the hosts were so responsive and accommodating! We will definitely be back! Such a gorgeous part of town as well

We couldn’t have asked for anything better!! The house is beautifully decorated and all of the fixtures are were very well maintained. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The pool was perfect size! Our grand daughter had the best time, so glad we chose this little gem for our getaway! We plan to visit again. So close to downtown and the neighborhood is lovely. Thanks Barbara and Gary

We booked this home for my daughter’s birthday party. She had five friends stay for a pool party/sleepover and the moment we walked in, everyone got ten times more excited! It is beautiful. The photos and descriptions do not do it justice! They thought of everything…down to the smallest detail. Finding the recipe card for a special drink…complete with the exact number of cowgirl boot glasses, sparkling cider, and pink “silly straws” needed for the girls…those are the types of thoughtful surprises that the owners welcome you with. The next morning, I woke up early to get a jump on “cleaning” up (stripping linens, doing dishes, etc.), so I checked my Vrbo app to read the checkout list….only to realize that they specifically ask you not to lift a finger doing dishes or laundry. Trash and your belongings….thats it. What a sigh of relief that now I could let the girls sleep longer, instead of waking them to pull sheets off of the bed and rush around. Also, the bedding is actually super soft and comfortable; including the set for the pullout sofa bed. We have been to four different properties for vacation/staycations this Summer alone, and this is the only one that I cannot think of a single complaint or negative thing to say about our stay! I hope to make this a yearly tradition. (Photo blacked out for safety purposes, but I wanted to include the way we utilized their awesome backyard paradise!)

What we love most is coming home after exploring downtown and unwinding by the pool. It’s a rare combination—being close enough to enjoy all the energy of the Square while still having a quiet backyard retreat to relax, recharge, and soak up a Texas sunset.

Whether you’re here for a girls’ getaway, a romantic weekend, family vacation, or an extended stay, the neighborhood offers the best of both worlds: convenience, charm, and a true taste of McKinney.
