Praktisch und günstig zur Altstadt gelegen

Man ist fußläufig sehr schnell in der Altstadt, für einen kurzen Städtetrip sehr gut geeignet. Es ist ordentlich und für unsere Zwecke war es genau richtig.

Ideal für die Ekundung Erfurts

Der eine Stern, der bei der Sauberkeit fehlt, meint in Wirklichkeit das Fehlen von ein paar Kleinigkeiten. Die Lage können wir als Kinder vom Lande evtl. nicht objektiv beurteilen, wir sind einfach was anderes gewohnt als Häuserblocks. Für die fußläufige Erkundung der Stadt ist die Lage 1a. Es gibt einen zugehörigen Parkplatz und wir haben die ganze Woche kein Auto gebraucht. Das war uns wichtig. Eine lange Suche nach einer Unterkunft werden wir nicht mehr brauchen, wenn wir wieder nach Erfurt kommen.

Well designed small space

The apartment was exactly as the photos show. Clean, very well decorated and so well planned, that it didn't feel small at all even though we were 2 adults and 2 dogs. Every corner has been used to maximize space, I was very impressed. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was spacious with a bathtub shower and all very clean. The toilet flush needs some adjusting. Major plus points for allowing pets and the included parking space. The main thing I wished I knew before booking is that it takes 4 long flights of stairs to get to the apartment which is on the 3rd floor (4th floor if you include the lobby) and there's no elevator. For the price asked and for young, healthy people who have no problem walking up and down the stairs, I 100% recommend.
