Enjoy a relaxing stay in our cosy two-room apartment, which sleeps up to two people and offers approximately 54 m² of living space. The bedroom, featuring a comfortable double bed, invites you to sleep in and unwind, while the living area, complete with a comfortable couch, is the perfect spot for quiet evenings.

A separate dining area and the fully equipped kitchen offer everything you need for enjoyable meals in a relaxed atmosphere.

Start your day on the balcony with some fresh air and let it wind down there in complete relaxation. Satellite TV and a telephone provide entertainment.

The on-site wellness area is particularly soothing: the swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay, and in the sauna (for a fee), you can wonderfully unwind after an eventful day.



Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen—that’s the Residenz Seestern. The four apartment buildings are located not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa gardens and shops for daily necessities are also just a few minutes away.

If the weather isn’t cooperating, you can spend relaxing days in the on-site wellness area. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay, and the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of a family holiday.
On the ground floor of the Residenz Seestern, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream shop and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cots, and high chairs (for a fee). Childproof outlet covers and toilet seat adapters for children are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
Your well-equipped two-room holiday apartment, which accommodates up to four people, features a balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi, and Sky TV. You can easily reach the apartment by lift, and a parking space is available for your car in the underground garage. There is also a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a space for your bicycles.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
