A 2-room apartment measuring approximately 48 m² awaits you in Building 2 on the 1st floor:
In the living/dining area, you’ll find a modern wall unit with an LCD TV, DVD player, and game console. The cosy corner sofa is not only perfect for sitting and relaxing, but can also be used as a bed if needed. The high-quality Nolte built-in kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, microwave, ceramic cooktop, and oven, along with a tasteful dining table, round out the overall look.

The bedroom is also modernly furnished and features an additional LCD TV.

Of course, we also hope that the bathroom—equipped with high-quality tiles and fixtures—will meet your expectations.

Additional amenities of the apartment include a balcony, a private parking space in the underground garage, and access to the building’s swimming pool.

Modern and right in the heart of the Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen—that’s the Residenz Seestern. The four apartment buildings are located not far from the beach and the pier. The beautiful spa gardens and shops for daily necessities are also just a few minutes away.

You can spend relaxing days in our on-site wellness area when the weather isn’t cooperating. The swimming pool is available to you free of charge during your stay, and the sauna area can be used for a fee.
For our younger guests, there’s a playground in the complex’s courtyard. The apartments are also equipped with child-friendly amenities, so nothing stands in the way of a family holiday.
On the ground floor of the Residenz Seestern, you can treat yourself to a meal at various restaurants. You’ll also find an ice cream parlour and our front desk right here in the complex. At our front desk, you can rent strollers, handcarts, baby bathtubs, travel cots, and high chairs (for a fee). Child safety outlet covers and toilet seat adapters for children are available free of charge at the front desk upon request.
Your well-equipped two-room holiday apartment, which accommodates up to four people, features a balcony or terrace, free Wi-Fi, and Sky TV. You can easily reach the apartment by lift, and a parking space is available for your car in the underground garage. There is also a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as a space for your bicycles.



Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
