Apartment for 4 people, located on the 1st floor. The interior consists of a living room combined with a kitchenette, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. An additional advantage is the balcony overlooking the harbor and the Swina River, ideal for morning coffee.

The apartment is located in an attractive part of Swinoujscie, right on the mouth of the Swina River. A 5-minute walk is enough to reach the Spa Park, ideal for relaxation. It is also close to the Tourist Port (700 m) and the Aquapark (1.5 km). In the immediate vicinity you will find numerous service and dining outlets.

Urlaub in Swinemünde

Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß und gut eingerichtet (Spülmaschine vorhanden). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (z.B. Lidl) sind gleich um die Ecke. Ein Parkplatz ist auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist etwas weit weg vom Strand, dieser ist mit den Fahrrad aber sehr gut zu erreichen. Unterstellmöglichkeit für eigene Fahrräder leider nicht vorhanden, diese können aber auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück abgestellt werden. Leider hatten wir in dem Wohngebäude für mehrere Tage von Morgens bis Abends Baulärm durch einen Presslufthammer, da in der gesamten 4 Etage renoviert wurde. Auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter (Renters.pl) bekamen wir die Antwort, dass sie auf von Nachbarn durchgeführte Renovierungsarbeiten keinen Einfluss haben und hierfür keine Haftung übernommen werden kann. Schade nur, dass es nicht nur ein Nachbar, sondern gleich die ganze Etage war... Wir sind dann einen Tag früher abgefahren. Nach unserem Aufenthalt bekamen wir dann noch einmal eine Mail von Renters.pl, da wir angeblich eine Nachtischlampe kaputt hinterlassen haben. Wir sollten bitte umgehend knapp 55 € innerhalb von 3 Tagen überweisen, ansonsten würden die Angelegenheit vor Gericht gehen. Auf meine Rückmeldung, dass diese Lampe bereits bei Einzug defekt gewesen sei, was wir zunächst nicht einmal bemerkt und daher nicht gemeldet hatten, habe ich allerdings bis heute keine Antwort erhalten. Mal gucken wie das weitergeht, ist schon fast zwei Wochen her.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht auf den Hafen

Pro: Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und hat ein Balkon mit toller Aussicht auf den Hafen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ausreichender Anzahl vorhanden. Über einen schön angelegten Park gelangt man innerhalb von 20min zur Strandpromenade. Contra: Der Geschirrspüler war nicht vorhanden, der Wasserhahn in der Küche lies nur Tröpfchenweise Wasser heraus. Abwaschen war somit nur mit Wasser aus dem Bad möglich. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig und die weiteren Mieter sind leider gerade abends und nachts sehr laut. Mit kleinem Kind war es zu laut.
