For shared use: property 600 m2 (fenced) with lawn and flowers, beautiful garden to relax. Barbecue, fireplace. In the house: lounge, infrared sauna, storage room for bicycles, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). Parking at 50 m. Shop 50 m, supermarket 500 m, restaurant 20 m, bakery 500 m, bus stop "Gingst" 500 m, sandy beach 10 km. Nearby attractions: Störtebeker Festspiele 20 km, Hansestadt Stralsund 30 km, Ostseebad Binz 40 km, Miniaturpark Rügen 1 km. Please note: suitable for families. The owner lives in the same residence. The owners greet guests personally upon arrival. For fire safety reasons, the parking space for electric cars/hybrid vehicles is located about 50 m away outside the property. Very lovingly furnished by the owner.
