Nearby attractions: Swissvapeur Parc, Bouveret 6 km, Aquaparc Bouveret 6 km, Evian-Les-Bains 17 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Portes du Soleil 40 km, Bernex FR 24 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac Léman. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
