Relax with the whole family in this peaceful, inviting home at the end of a quiet lane in Elberta, Michigan. Perfect home base for exploring Sleeping Bear Dunes, the Betsie Valley Trail and miles of Lake Michigan beaches. Frankfort and Beulah with beaches, shopping and more are just minutes away by car or bike. The home has been recently updated and offers plenty of space for guests to spread out, a fully stocked kitchen and gorgeous deck.

The house is located in a modest family neighborhood at the end of a quiet street in Elberta. We exhale and feel relaxed and at home as soon as we arrive and we make every effort to set the space up for our guests to experience that same feeling.

I grew up in Michigan but have lived in Ohio for many years. Our family spends as much time at our little Elberta Peach house as we can. We decided to make it available when we can't be there to enjoy it, and I think you will feel right at home.

Why they chose this property

Elberta is quite possibly the best kept secret in Northern Michigan! There is truly something for everyone in the Elberta area. For nature lovers, there are miles and miles of sandy beaches, hundreds of miles of hiking trails through pristine forests, rivers to fish or float, sunsets to watch and enormous dunes to climb! Be sure to visit the local farmer's markets in Elberta on Thursday and in Frankfort on Saturday to stock up on local produce, baked goods, meats, cheeses, honey, maple products and more.

What makes this property unique

This house is in a perfect location from which to plan your Northern Michigan excursions or to simply relax and unwind. This home sits close to the Betsie River - you'll likely hear the calls of sandhill cranes and loons from the sunny deck. You'll find a variety of boardgames and puzzles, as well as a piano and a few other musical instruments! The deck faces east - a great place to sip coffee in the morning sun, or to unwind in the shade of the evening.
