You have the entire ground floor to yourself, with a separate entrance to the house.

Your holiday home is centrally located in the health resort town of Lenzkirch, known for its therapeutic climate, just 300 metres from the town centre. Lenzkirch lies right in the heart of the Black Forest between Titisee, Feldberg, Schluchsee, and the wild and romantic Wutach Gorge, and is an ideal starting point for hikes, walks, and sports in a charming mountain landscape.

The holiday apartment is 68m² and offers:

- 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (140x200)
- spacious living room with a sofa bed (sleeping surface 140 cm wide) for the 5th person, smart TV, seating area, and work corner

The town’s central location makes it easy to take numerous day trips, such as to the “Badeparadies Schwarzwald” at the legendary Lake Titisee (11 km), to the Feldberg, the highest mountain in the Black Forest (16 km), to Lake Schluchsee (10 km), or to the wild and romantic Wutach Gorge (15 km). Everything is less than a 20-minute drive away. You can reach Freiburg’s Old Town in 45 minutes by car—or take the Höllentalbahn there for free.
In winter, the town features a small ski area with easy runs and excellent cross-country skiing opportunities on groomed trails totaling 30 km in length.
In summer, numerous signposted hiking trails invite you to explore the Black Forest. You can hike along 5 high-altitude climate trails around the village while enjoying the magnificent natural scenery and getting in great shape at the same time.
For cyclists, there are the “Bähnle Bike Trails” along historic railway right-of-ways. On bike tours of varying difficulty levels, you can comfortably cycle through the entire Southern Black Forest Nature Park.
You can also plan a car-free holiday! Everything you need for daily life is within easy walking distance. Supermarkets are 200 m away, and a bus stop is 400 m away—and with the Konus Card, you can travel for free throughout the Black Forest all the way to Karlsruhe, Basel, or Waldshut.
