The beautiful Villa Bellavista is located on the hills of Massarosa where you can admire a magnificent lake and sea views. The villa of 170 sqm consists of 3 levels:
- GF: kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower, covered veranda.
- 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom with shower, terrace.
- Lower level: 1 large bedroom ( double bed), separate room with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower. Free internet adsl, grill, (gas grill) satellite tv. washing machine, dishwasher.
Fenced garden with olive trees of about 2,000sqm, private pool (m 8x4x1.3).

Geniale Ferien

Es hat einfach alles gepasst. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Aussicht ist einfach nur fantastisch. Es war noch herrlich warm und wir konnten sogar Anfang Oktober noch im T-Shirt draussen Essen. Und natürlich noch im Pool baden. Wir haben einen Hund, einen Mini Aussi, auch das war kein Problem, da das Grundstück eingezäunt ist. Rs waren rundum schöne und erholsame Ferien!!

Amazing view - awesome Villa

We had a perfect stay at this awesome villa with pool and stunning view! Only little critic point, the beds are noisy and the mattracess are very thin.

3 Wochen im Mai 2023, 2 Paare und ein kleiner Hund.

Zuerst zum Positiven:das Haus hat eine unglaubliche Lage. Man sieht von den beiden Terassen aus knapp 200m Höhe auf einen See, auf das Meer, und auf Viareggio und Pisa. Bei guter Sicht kann man am Horizont Korsika erahnen. Das war wirklich unfassbar. Die Aufteilung im Haus war für uns auch perfekt. Jedes Paar hatte eine Etage für sich. Nicht als Positiv haben wir folgendes empfunden: im Angebot war von einem komplett eingezäunten Grundstück die Rede. Leider war das nicht der Fall. Die große Toreinfahrt stand immer offen. Das Torschloss war defekt und ließ nicht wieder öffnen. Daher mußte das Tor offen bleiben. Wegen des Hundes hatten wir extra auf diesen Hinweis vertraut. Weiter wurde im Angebot von einem Gasgrill berichtet. Vorgefunden haben wir ein völlig vergammelten Holzkohle Grill. Dieser wurde nach 4 Tagen in einen funktionierenden Holzkohlegrill getauscht. Der defekte DVD Player wurde auch an diesem Tag getauscht. Der Pool war für uns erst am 6. Tag zu benutzen. Er war total verdreckt und wurde erst dann gereinigt. Da wir zu 4 Erwachsenen waren, hätten wir uns auch über 4 Rotwein Gläser gefreut. Vorhanden waren nur eine Menge Trinkgläser und 4 verschiedene Weingläser. An scharfen Messern mangelte es auch. Dass die Energie Kosten extra abgerechnet wurden war ja vorher klar. Es wurde auch darauf hingewiesen Energie und Wasser zu sparen. Das ist auch okay. Nicht okay ist aber, dass die Poolbeleuchtung von 21 Uhr an automatisch geleuchtet hat und sich automatisiert in der Nacht abgeschaltet hat. Wir konnten nicht manuell eingreifen. Diese Kosten waren für uns unnötig und die hätten wir uns gerne erspart. Die Terrassen Stühle haben auch die beste Zeit hinter sich. Bei mehreren Stühlen fehlten Schrauben oder die waren notdürftig mit Panzerband geflickt. Alles in Allem war es aber trotzdem ein schöner Urlaub für uns. Man muss das Beste daraus machen. Wären wir nur eine Woche im Haus gewesen, wäre es natürlich nicht so toll gewesen auf Pool und Grill zu verzichten. Da wir aber 3 Wochen hier waren, haben wir die erste Woche die Gegend erkundet. Und die ist wirklich sehr schön. Der Vermieter war über WhatsApp immer zu erreichen und hat auch bei einem Ausfall der Gastherme am nächsten Tag geholfen.

Dejligt pool hus tæt på Lucca

Stort hus med masser af plads, flot udsigt, dejlig pool og fin beliggenhed for indkøb og besøg til Lucca og Pisa. Venlig og hjælpsom udlejer. Meget varmt (juli) inde i huset og savner AC.
