The two-story property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. It can accommodate up to 4 guests, with an extra bed available for a child. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace for home office, a fan, heating, a washing machine, and a TV. A crib and high chair are also provided.

Rome can be reached in about 1 hour and 10 minutes by train from Arezzo station. More information about transfers is provided upon booking. There are 2 parking spaces on the property. Families with children are welcome, and pets are allowed for an extra fee. Air conditioning is not available. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. The pool is open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. 24-hour assistance is guaranteed.
