Very modern, luxurious house. On the outskirts Drochtersen, 46 km from the sea, 22 km from the lake, 6 km from the beach, 6 km from the river. Private: natural state property 2'500 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, natural pond. Table tennis, fireplace. In the house: sauna, table tennis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket, bakery 100 m, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach "Strandoase Krautsand" 6 km. Nearby attractions: Hansestadt Stade 21 km, Wingst 30 km, Cuxhaven 59 km, Hamburg 70 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Kreidesee Hemmoor 22 km. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.
