There’s plenty to do in your free time as well: beautiful walks, challenging mountain hikes, and varied bike tours in the valley or up in the mountains all start right from the holiday rental. Thanks to the nearby bus stop and the “Chiemgau Bahn” train station (Prien-Aschau with connections to Munich and Salzburg), you’ll be perfectly connected even without your own car. For your convenience, our property offers free Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and a lockable bike garage with charging facilities.<br><br>We’ve also thought ahead: a wallbox for charging your electric car is available for a fee. Stylishly furnished living room with a sleeper sofa (130 x 190 cm), flat-screen satellite TV, free Wi-Fi, a dining table with chairs, and an open kitchen. The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, 2-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, Senseo coffee pod machine, electric kettle, and toaster. Bathroom with shower/toilet and hair dryer. Smoking is permitted on the balcony. There’s plenty to do for culture and shopping as well: the charming city of Rosenheim, vibrant Munich, the historic old town of Salzburg, and the impressive Kufstein Fortress in Tyrol are all perfect for varied day trips.
