Beautiful Amenities include indoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball court, putting green, and a large pool and hot tub area overlooking the intracoastal waterway. Condo is THIRD FLOOR WALK-UP end unit, with plenty of privacy and vaulted ceilings.
Located just 20m from dozens of golf courses. 10m from the airport. 10m to downtown Myrtle Beach, and 5m from the booming International Blvd, there a plenty of local favorites just down the road.
Motorcycles are not permitted in this community.
This is a Pet Friendly Community. All animals must be leashed and picked up after. Doggie bags and pet waste areas located throughout property. Two animal max. No aggressive animals permitted.
