This location was perfect for our weekend stay in Smithville. One block from the town square where there are a variety of restaurants and bars. Our host was excellent and the unit was better than expected. Very nicely furnished and many extra items that really added a nice touch to our stay. Will definitely stay again when we are in town.

This was a great little haven! It was very clean and had nice amenities. The design and setup created a comfy and peaceful place for our stay. The host communicated with us before check in and said she was available if needed. I wouldn't recommend the place for anyone with mobility issues or small kiddos, as the unit is on the upper floor accessed only by wooden stairs, but for our purposes, it was wonderful. We were a bit surprised that it was part of a 4plex that looked a little run down, but the unit itself was a delight. We'd stay again for sure.

This was a large two-bedroom that was bigger than the pictures indicate. Everything was clean and comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is within walking distance of multiple bar/restaurants and a great coffee shop in an old bank. We enjoyed just walking around and getting some ice cream. The host was tremendously helpful and both before check-in and during our stay. We will definitely stay again then next time we come to the area.
