Wir können das "Mövennest überzeugt sehr empfehlen.

Die Wohnung ist bis ins kleinste Detail bedarfsgerecht eingerichtet. Wir fahren schon seit Jahren nach Döse Cuxhaven und wohnen ab unserem ersten Aufenthalt immer im Mövennest. Die gesamte Wohnanlage ist sehr gepflegt. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Einstellplatz in der Tiefgarage in Aufzugsnähe. Das Highlight der Anlage ist das kleine, aber feine Schwimmbad mit drei verschiedenen Saunen. Die Wohnanlage befindet sich direkt hinter dem Deich, man ist also schnell auf der Promenade Richtung Duhnen oder Cuxhaven. Wir fühlen uns immer sehr wohl im Mövennest. Es gibt einen Balkon, der vom Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer aus begehbar ist. Die Möblierung der Zimmer ist sehr gut, Stauraum bietet zusätzlich die Abstellkammer. Die Küchenzeile in dem Wohn-/Essraum ist gut ausgestattet, könnte vom Platzangebot etwas größer sein. Die neue Verwaltung ist sehr angenehm und äußerst kompetent.

Unser zweiter Aufenthalt

Wir waren jetzt zum zweiten Mal dort und haben unseren Aufenthalt wieder sehr genossen! Wieder fanden wir das Möwennest in einem einwandfreien Zustand vor, alles war blitzblank sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man findet alles was man braucht. Für uns als junge Familie ist es einfach einfach perfekt, nicht nur wegen des (kostenlosen) Kinderbettes oder des (ebenfalls kostenlosen) Kinderstuhls. Auch die Freizeitmöglichkeiten sind in dieser Lage hervorragend, ein Schwimmbad im Haus, 2 Spielplätze vor der Tür und der Kurpark mit weiteren Spielplätzen und Freizeitmöglichkeiten nur 300m entfernt. Das Meer mit feinem Sandstrand ist im Prinzip auf der anderen Straßenseite und ebenfalls schnell zu erreichen. Die Buchung und Abwicklung mit Herrn Peters funktioniert problemlos. Hier kann man vom Alltag abschalten und die Seeluft genießen! Wir werden wieder ins Möwennest fahren, ganz bestimmt!

Erster Nordseeurlaub

Die Anfahrt ist sehr verkehrsgünstig, man kommt schnell ins Zentrum aber auch in die benachbarten Stadtteile ohne große Umwege. In direkter Umgebung liegen ein Eiscafe und eine Bäckerei für die Frühstücksbrötchen oder den kleinen Hunger zwischendurch. Der Strand selbst liegt keine 200 m vom Objekt entfernt und ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der zugehörige Parkplatz liegt in der Tiefgarage, sodass man auch trocken ins Haus kommen kann. Die Wohnung selbst ist bequem per Fahrstuhl zu erreichen, der Saunabereich mit Schwimmbad ebenfalls. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut geschnitten und praktisch sowie gemütlich eingerichtet. Auftretende Mängel werden umgehend behoben, Rückfragen stets freundlich beantwortet. Ein Vorzeigeobjekt, welches man nur weiterempfehlen kann.
