Die Unterkunft liegt im OT Böhl an einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Nahversorger befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Da in SPO kaum noch kostenlose Parkplätze zu finden sind, sollte man schon gut zu Fuß sein, um die Strecken in den Zentralortsteil Bad zurücklegen zu können. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Die ebenerdige Lage ist sehr vorteilhaft. Die Wohnung kann uneingeschränkt zur Anmietung empfohlen werden. Haben uns dort wohl gefüllt.
